@soberultraman – ehh mate! Cheers on your finishing results last week! Are you doing any Veggie juicing to enhance your training recovery time?
I’ve been juicing a 7 to 14 times per week – Carrot, Beat, Parsly, Kale and Apple and other mix’s and enjoying what seems like constant and stable energy/blood sugar levels.
