Giving Garb

Last night at our support group, I invited everyone up to the Racing for Recovery store and let them have any Racing for Recovery apparel they wanted. It was a pleasure to see people excited about wearing our merchandise to promote our program.

The Crandell family has had a bought with the flu and now my wife Melissa has it. She also had this two years ago on Christmas Day. I hope we are not starting a trend here.

I will be back in New York on April 18 and 19 to do book signings at The Greater Long Island Running Club and the Runner's Edge. That community has been so supportive of Racing for Recovery and myself over the past few years and I am honored to be coming back again to promote our program and this book.

I hope all of you have a Merry Christmas and enjoy this time with family and friends.
